About Us


Digital PA Singapore (DPA) helps businesses scale through customised software systems, ERP solutions, AI automation, and e-commerce platforms. We also support our clients with digital marketing and tech stack optimisation. As demand for tailored solutions increases, we are looking for a Solutions Consultant (Technical) to join our team and bridge the gap between clients, the sales team, and developers.


This role is ideal for someone who is confident in client-facing discussions and can translate business needs into clear technical proposals and scoping documents.


Responsibilities


• Attend sales meetings to support technical solution discussions with clients


• Identify client requirements and design appropriate CRM, ERP, e-commerce, or automation solutions


• Translate business needs into structured briefs for the development team


• Prepare technical proposals, estimated timelines, and pricing


• Evaluate solution feasibility and advise on what is practical or complex to implement


• Recommend automation and integration paths using current platforms and tools


• Ensure proper documentation and a smooth handover to the development team


Requirements


• 3 to 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or software project scoping


• Solid understanding of CRM, ERP, API integrations, and e-commerce systems


• Ability to write structured technical documents and communicate across business and technical teams


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess technical effort and feasibility


• Experience preparing proposals and presenting solutions to clients


• Familiarity with modern platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Shopify, WooCommerce, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar


• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, project managers, and developers
