Sortation Operation - Rework/Return, SPX Express (Ayutthaya)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Strong operational control and problem-solving skills for Rework and Return processes


• Ability to manage workforce and monitor daily team performance


• Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional departments


• Capable of handling operational issues and providing timely resolutions


• Support productivity, quality, and process accuracy targets


• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency


• Ensure smooth workflow execution and minimize operational delays


• Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards


• Manpower Optimization, Planning, Leadership


• Backlog chasing and SLA monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Cross-Border E-commerce operations.


• Good communication skills


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)


• Experience or strong interest in Express or Warehouse Operations, especially Inventory and Claim processes


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle extended working hours during campaigns


• Willing to work mostly afternoon/night shifts


• Fast response and able to work well under pressure


• Good team coordination and cross-functional communication skills


• Ability to manage operational issues and support daily process execution
