Sourcing and Merchandising Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing product information, catalogues, and marketing materials for sales and promotional purposes.

• Support product video shoots, including filming preparation, prop sourcing, setup coordination, and script review.

• Work closely with the merchandising and sourcing team on TV Shopping and retail projects — from market research and product development to supplier coordination, launch execution, and after-sales support.

• Generate creative product demonstration ideas and assist in executing engaging product presentations.

• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers for product listings and product-related coordination.

• Attend product filming sessions and coordinate with the production team for both short-form and long-form video content.

• Assist in training and educating sales teams on product features and selling points.

• Coordinate with designers on retail packaging, instruction manuals, and marketing artwork when required.

• Support ad-hoc projects and operational duties assigned by management.
