Key Responsibilities
Internal — Team & Operations
• Lead, organize, and continuously optimize the TikTok operations team (content, live, paid, data analytics)
• Set clear workflows, performance standards, and accountability structures across the team
• Oversee campaign execution quality — from content planning to performance monitoring and iteration
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of TikTok SEA platform updates, algorithm trends, and best practices
• Identify capability gaps and work with management on team development and hiring plans
External — Client & Account Management
• Collaborate closely with the account management team to prepare and deliver client-facing materials, presentations, and performance reports
• Represent the TikTok operations function in client meetings — translating operational data into strategic insights
• Develop and present campaign proposals, post-campaign reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for international enterprise clients
• Serve as a trusted advisor on TikTok strategy to clients, helping shape briefs and set realistic performance expectations
• Proactively flag risks, opportunities, and market observations to both clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
Platform Expertise
– 3+ years hands-on TikTok operations or marketing experience
– Deep understanding of TikTok SEA ecosystem — organic, TikTok Shop, paid (TopAds, Spark Ads), KOL management
– Familiar with TikTok analytics tools and third-party measurement platforms
Communication & Language
– Business-proficient English — capable of writing reports, presenting to clients, and leading meetings independently
– Strong storytelling ability: can translate data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
– Additional language (Chinese, Bahasa, Thai, etc.) is a plus
Leadership & Management
– Proven experience managing and developing a team of 5+ people
– Strong project management skills; able to oversee multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
– High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to fix
Client Service Background
– Experience working with large international brands or in an agency/service environment
– Comfortable in high-stakes client settings — QBRs, pitch presentations, issue management
– Able to balance client demands with internal team capacity and quality standards
Nice to Have
• Experience with cross-platform social commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia) alongside TikTok Shop
• Background in performance marketing or data analytics
• Prior exposure to Chinese brands expanding internationally
