Specialist - Inventory Control (Warehouse Operations)

Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily inventory operations: cycle counts, inbound, returns, transfers, adjustments, and stock health.

• Ensure FIFO is followed for all items and manage expiry/batch data in the system.

• Drive inventory efficiency and minimize stockouts and backorders.

• Work with store ops to monitor stock levels, resolve issues, and propose improvements.

• Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and key accounts for smooth operations.

• Prepare weekly reports and support quarterly/annual stock counts.

• Manage client inventory movements and respond to email/ticket/chat queries.

• Lead quarterly / annual stock count activity

• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 2+ years’ experience in inventory or stock control.

• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems.

• E-commerce or retail experience is a plus.

• Good English communication skills.

• Responsible, ethical, and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is half day - 9am to 1pm)
