We’re looking for a (Sr) Account Manager / Strategist  who can think strategically, lead calmly, and make clients feel like they’re in very good hands.

Someone who can hold the room, shape the work, and keep the business healthy without sucking the joy out of it.


The BIG thing: AI

We’re AI-first, but not AI-dependent.

Our philosophy: AI is kitchen appliances.

It can elevate your cooking.
It can speed up prep.
It can help you plate faster.

But you’re still the chef.

If your fundamentals are weak, your sous vide machine won’t save you.

AI is part of our workflow. We use it. We like it.
But judgment cannot be automated.

If your fundamentals are weak, no deck, model, or LLM will save you.




What you’ll do

Be the adult in the room (without being boring).
Clients trust you. Teams feel steady around you. You bring clarity when things get noisy.

Lead accounts, not just service them.
You see beyond the brief. You spot opportunities, risks, and growth paths before the client asks.

Shape strategy that actually guides the creative.
You find the human truth, define the problem properly, and make the creative feel inevitable.

Translate chaos into direction.
Ambiguous briefs, shifting stakeholders, impossible timelines. You don’t panic. You prioritise.

Protect the work and the people.
You raise standards without drama. You give feedback that improves outcomes, not morale decks.

Run the business side properly.
Scopes, resourcing, timelines, budgets, profitability. You understand that great work needs a healthy engine.

Mentor the next layer.
You develop strong Account Managers and Strategists who can think, not just follow.

You understand brands, culture, and people. You also understand revenue, scope creep, and margins.

A client partner.
You can challenge clients without posturing. You can be reassured without bullshitting.

A calm leader.
No theatrics. No hero syndrome. You’re steady under pressure and good in a room.

A systems thinker.
You can zoom out to the big picture and zoom in when execution needs tightening.

An AI-native creative thinker
You use AI to explore, iterate, and elevate. Your best work still comes from your brain, your judgment, your obsession.


Responsibilities / Qualifications

• At least 6+ years in advertising / digital / social strategy or account leadership roles (agency or equivalent)
• Proven experience leading and growing key accounts
• Strong strategic thinking across social, digital, and integrated campaigns
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of production, delivery, and operational realities
• Experience managing teams and developing talent
• Confidence using AI tools as part of the workflow
• Taste, clarity, and a sense of humour help a lot
