Description and Requirements




Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Administer and maintain Palo Alto firewalls, including policy creation, monitoring, and security rule implementation.

  • Support Aruba NAC solutions, including authentication, authorization, and endpoint compliance.

  • Configure and maintain F5 load balancers, ensuring efficient traffic distribution and high availability of services.

  • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and network-related projects.

  • Maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams, device configurations, and incident reports.

  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide L2 support for escalated network incidents.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.



Required Qualifications:



  • A min of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering and support.


  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco networking devices and technologies.


  • Proficiency in managing Palo Alto firewalls and security policies.


  • Experience with Aruba NAC implementation and support.


  • Familiarity with F5 load balancer configuration and troubleshooting.


  • Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching concepts.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.


  • To support shirt time: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm (day) OR 2pm-11pm (night)
