Description
We are seeking an experience and hands-on communications & marketing professional to lead our APAC Digital & Social Media Centre of Excellence and translate our transformation into measurable customer impact. You will build a solutions-led brand that moves priority buyers from awareness to consideration, and convert digital attention into qualified commercial conversations.
Key Accountabilities:
· Build and own an annual APAC digital & social campaign calendar aligned to commercial priorities and go-to-market plans.
· Deliver integrated, always-on programmes with “hero” moments, sponsorship activations and account-based plays that create demand and pipeline.
· Establish a lightweight APAC content studio capability (video, motion, design, toolkits) to scale best-in-class assets across clusters.
· Lead APAC social strategy with a performance-first mindset, optimising platform mix and content to maximise ROI and commercial outcomes.
· Own regional web journeys end-to-end, including UX, SEO, localisation and conversion paths to increase traffic quality and lead conversion.
· Define and govern KPIs and dashboards across brand health, share of voice/search, engagement, content-assisted pipeline and account-based performance.
· Partner with Commercial and Marketing stakeholders on Ideal Customer Profiles, targeting, and attribution to connect activity to revenue outcomes.
· Publish playbooks, editorial calendars and activation kits; run quarterly business reviews with clusters and Commercial to embed COE ways of working.
· Manage agencies with clear scopes, SLAs and cost discipline; align cross-functional partners to deliver on time, on budget, and in line with governance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· 5-8 years of digital experience in complex B2B or B2B2C categories, ideally across multiple APAC markets.
· Demonstrated leadership in digital transformation, with a track record of integrated, insight-led campaigns that show ROI and pipeline impact.
· Strong experience managing multi-market agencies and/or in-house content operations with tight cost and performance control.
· Strength in editorial storytelling that translates technical capabilities into customer value.
· Expertise across social, content, web, SEO/SEM and webinar/thought-leadership programming.
· Analytics and MarTech fluency (e.g., GA4, marketing automation/CRM, social listening/publishing) including attribution and dashboarding.
· Ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and seniority levels; comfortable operating as a regional COE leader.
