Role Summary
We are seeking a Staffing focused Project Manager with strong experience in resource augmentation, candidate sourcing coordination, and customer/vendor engagement. The role primarily supports staffing delivery, resource fulfilment, and customer commitments, with a strong focus on banking and financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage staffing and resource augmentation engagements end to end.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into staffing needs.
• Source, review, and shortlist candidate profiles with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate and participate in candidate discussions and interviews with customers.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of resources within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on staffing related matters.
• Work closely with sales and account teams to support business development and staffing pipelines.
• Track onboarding, replacement, and resource movement activities.
• Provide regular status updates and manage staffing related escalations.
Mandatory Skills
Required Experience & Qualifications
• Immediate or short notice preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in staffing / resource augmentation is mandatory.
• Strong experience working closely with customers and vendors.
• University degree (IT, Engineering, or related discipline preferred).
• Good understanding of technology environments including:
o Java
o Oracle / databases
o Basic AI concepts / emerging technologies
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience working with banking or financial services clients.
• Good understanding of banking industry culture, operating models, governance, and delivery dynamics.
• Experience supporting staffing or delivery engagements in regulated environments will be highly beneficial.

• Ability to join within a short notice period.
• Prior exposure to IT staffing for enterprise or financial institutions is a plus.
