Position Description (Summary):


The Assistant Store and Logistic Manager is responsible to support the Planning & Logistic Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the store & logistics. The role involves ensuring efficient store operations, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service in delivery on time  and assisting in staff supervision and training.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Oversee day to day store operations in Receiving, Issuing & Delivering.

  • Oversee and maintain proper inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities.


  • Ensure a high level of customer service in:

1) On time delivery
2) Address customer complaints pertaining to logistic/store and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner



  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes, increase productivity and reduce waste.


  • Monthly Cycle count

1) Perform monthly cycle count
2) Perform monthly consignment count


  • Equipment Maintenance and Control

1) Ensure all Store’s equipment is maintained in safety and working condition.
2) Regular check that all equipment is calibrated.



  • Monitor and control costs related to transportation, storage and handling of materials to optimize operational budgets.

  • Observe and comply with the Company’s safety and health system, safe work procedures and instructions, as well as safety policy and rules.

  • Staff Development and Training

  • Perform other duties as assigned by your manager.


  • Team with Store members to meet Department ‘ KPIs.

1) Delivery on Time
2) Inventory Accuracy at Store
3) Logistic Complaints
4) Implementing processes to improve store efficiency
5) Reduce operational costs/cost savings


Job Specification:



  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum diploma or equivalent related field.


  • Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or store/logistic environment.

  • Knowledge Required:

1) Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
2) Strong understanding of store operations and material handling techniques.
3) Proficiency in utilizing warehouse management system, working knowledge in SAP is preferable.


  • Skills Required:

1) Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
2) Able to communicate and lead a team of store personnel to meet department goals.
