Sales Account Officers, Product Marketing, Marketing and Communication, Strategic Planning members in ASEAN and India, Global Business Development and Application teams for technical and market interfaces

The successful candidate will:
The successful candidate will explore with primary but not limited focus on market intelligence, business analysis, and data‑driven insight generation to support regional application marketing strategies. This role emphasizes market research, business visualization, data analysis, and strategic support, enabling Application Marketing to act as a sense‑making, insight‑driven function. An engineering background is highly advantageous.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct market intelligence, industry tracking, and environmental scanning across assigned applications and regions
Develop market analysis, application roadmaps, and ecosystem mapping to support regional application strategies with Application Marketing and CFTs
Perform business, sales, and opportunity analysis to support decision‑making and KPI tracking
Identify TAM / SAM by application and ensure alignment with sales data accuracy
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g. Power BI), including application market databases and portals
Ensure data consistency and accuracy, and prepare monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports for Application CFTs and Management
Support VOC collection and validation through structured analysis against market trends and application directions
Translate VOC, customer and market inputs into actionable market intelligence, contributing to Needs Roadmap (NRM) and Product Roadmap alignment with internal key stakeholders
Work closely with Application Marketing Engineers and CFT to integrate technical insights with market data and support discussions through clear, data‑backed visualizations
Prepare materials to facilitate internal training, reviews, and strategic discussions
Ability / Competency Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines
2-3 years of experience in data analytics, market research, business analysis, strategic marketing, or related roles
Strong analytical and logical thinking capability
Ability to transform and structure data into meaningful information and interpret it to generate actionable market insights
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or other data visualization tools are required
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
