Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Key Account Manager to join our team.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for managing and expanding key revenue-generating accounts. The ideal candidate is both a hunter and relationship builder, capable of driving growth while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, including government and large corporate clients

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

  • Lead and manage tender processes, proposals, and contract negotiations

  • Develop and execute account strategies and growth plans

  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and beyond existing accounts

  • Support potential regional expansion initiatives in the future



Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or government sales

  • Strong track record of managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth

  • Experience handling tenders, RFPs, and large-scale contracts

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Self-driven, independent, and results-oriented

  • Ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders (C-suite, directors, government officials)

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
