About the Team:
We are seeking a highly organised, hands-on individual to own and drive the execution of strategic partnership initiatives within the Regional Brand & Growth team. As the Product & Operations Lead for Strategic Partnerships, you will work cross-functionally and across markets to ensure seamless execution, effective partner integration, and lead scalable processes that turn strategic opportunities into tangible, high-impact results.
Job Description:
- Own the product & operational workstream for regional partnership initiatives, coordinating with product and engineering teams to define requirements, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Manage partner integrations, including systems, data flows, and technical processes, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth implementation
- Oversee testing and troubleshooting, working with local teams to validate integrations, identify issues, and ensure operational readiness
- Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback from internal teams and partners to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Monitor performance and impact, tracking key metrics and providing insights to support decision-making and ensure initiatives deliver measurable results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, product and/or project management, including collaborating with product and engineering teams on technical integrations
- Preferably experienced in e-commerce, technology, or other high-growth digital platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and markets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to evolving business needs
