【Role Overview】

We are seeking a business development expert to lead platform-level API integrations. You will establish deep system integrations with leading local traffic platforms in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, enabling users to access our services seamlessly within their ecosystems. This is not traditional sales—it's technical business development, requiring both commercial negotiation skills and technical understanding.

【Key Responsibilities】

  1. Overseas Market Expansion – Focus on Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Establish API-level strategic partnerships with local top-tier traffic platforms (e.g., super apps, mobility apps, payment platforms, local life platforms) to drive cross-border growth.

  2. End-to-End API Integration Management – Lead the entire process from requirement analysis, technical solution discussions, commercial term negotiations, cross-team coordination (product & engineering), integration testing, to go-live and post-launch monitoring.

  3. Ecosystem Partnership Maintenance – Monitor integration performance, optimize data fields, API call logic, and user experience. Resolve technical and commercial issues, continuously improving order conversion and partnership value.

【Requirements】

  • Must-have: Proven hands-on experience in platform-level API integrations (e.g., leading system integration projects with overseas top-tier traffic platforms or super apps). You should be able to clearly describe the integration process, technical challenges, and negotiation points.

  • Overseas experience: Familiarity with Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Latin America markets; comfortable with cross-cultural business communication and willing to travel internationally.

  • Technical understanding: Ability to communicate effectively with product and engineering teams on API specifications, data synchronization, error handling, etc. A technical background (e.g., computer science degree, technical sales experience) is strongly preferred.

  • Commercial skills: Independent negotiation, contract drafting, pricing model design, and ability to win C-level buy-in.

  • Language: English as working language; proficiency in Chinese, Indonesian, Thai, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.

  • Eligibility: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR). Must be based in Singapore.

  2. API对接全流程管理:独立主导从需求分析、技术方案讨论、商务条款谈判,到双方产研团队协调、联调测试、上线验收的完整对接流程,确保合作高效落地。

  3. 生态合作伙伴关系维护:持续监控合作效果,优化数据字段、调用逻辑和用户体验,解决技术及商务问题,不断提升订单转化率和合作价值。

【任职要求】

  • 硬性条件:必须具备 平台级API对接实战经验(例如主导过与海外头部流量平台或超级App的系统集成项目),能清晰讲解对接流程、技术难点及商务谈判要点。

  • 出海背景:熟悉东南亚、中东或拉美市场,有跨文化商务沟通经验,能适应海外出差。

  • 技术理解力:能与产研团队顺畅沟通API规范、数据同步、故障处理等技术细节,具备基础技术背景(如计算机相关专业、技术销售经验等)优先。

  • 商务能力:独立完成商务谈判、合同起草、价格模型设计,能搞定C-level决策者。

  • 语言:英语可作为工作语言;掌握中文、印尼语、泰语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语或葡萄牙语等优先。

  • 身份:新加坡公民或永久居民(PR),可base新加坡。
