The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology environment to find a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager.
  • This role focuses on managing and growing strategically important partnerships, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive deal execution, partner success, and long-term impact. You will operate at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
  • Candidates who are immediately available or available on short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking
  • Experience within relevant industries such as Technology, E-commerce, Telecom, Consumer Electronics, Ads, or Gaming
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience in managing and executing partnership agreements
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive partner strategy, including new partner/supplier identification and opportunity prospecting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment

Job Description

This role focuses on driving the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from strategy and prospecting to execution and performance management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful partnerships and business outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end partner/supplier experience, including contract negotiation, account planning, partner pitching, issue resolution, and advocacy
  • Develop and execute partner strategy, including new partner/supplier identification and opportunity prospecting
  • Conduct partner and industry research, and collaborate on product strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure product excellence
  • Manage partner engagement through business metrics tracking, forecasting, and insights, ensuring strong brand and reputation management
