The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


About the Team:



The strategic planner will develop business strategies and lead the implementation of campaigns/projects based on Mall KPI. This role will also be the gatekeeper of Shopee Mall, critical in maintaining the integrity, reputation, and trustworthiness of the Shopee Mall.



Job Description:




  • Create business strategies and campaign plans for initiatives such as customer retention and growth-focused campaigns.

  • Lead the execution of key campaigns, collaborating with internal stakeholders in developing and implementing campaign plans.

  • Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and use the data to refine and optimize future campaigns.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Analyze data and conduct market research to understand the target audience, ensuring campaigns resonate with potential customers.

  • Serve as the gatekeeper of Shopee Mall, ensuring all sellers are selling 100% authentic products. Responsible for verifying seller authenticity, monitoring compliance, enforcing platform policies, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain trust and product integrity.

  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for Shopee Mall shops, ensuring a seamless experience for new sellers and proper management of the exit process for those leaving the platform



Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business management or related field, with quantitative-focused disciplines preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years to 5 years relevant work experience with background in strategy/ marketing, specializing in growth marketing, brand management, and/or project management. E-commerce experience is a plus but not required.

  • With a SQL background.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools.

  • Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and commitment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
