The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with an analytical component
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy with a strong background in data analytics, operations, or consulting-style environments
- Experience in the supply chain sector will be an advantage
- Exceptional quantitative skills with a track record of transforming data insights into actionable business strategies
- Ability to effectively articulate ideas and present complex information to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
