Strategy and Projects - Sorting Center, SPX Express

Job Description:

• Ops Clock & Leadtime: Implement initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time


• Manpower Fulfillment & Productivity: Monitor manpower supply/demand trends, Support Workforce Management to ensure headcount commitment from agencies. Perform analysis on arrival curve and machine throughput to suggest appropriate shift timing and manpower plan.


• Truck Productivity: Monitor linehaul truck productivity, perform forecasting on parcel profile to provide realistic truck productivity KPI, implement initiatives to improve truck productivity.


• New SOC Ramp-up and Volume Planning: Plan and execute volume ramp-up plan and network changes for sorting centers by alignment with other teams


• Other Ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent


• At least 3 - 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the E-commerce or logistics industry


• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objects


• Must have Project management experience


• Data analytical skills (Excel) is a plus


• Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
