Role Overview
We are looking for a Supplier Partnerships & Campaign Executive to support supplier relationship management and marketing campaign execution.
This role combines partnership management, marketing coordination, and data-driven performance tracking, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and performance is monitored using Excel and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Partnerships
Communicate with existing suppliers to collect marketing materials, product updates, and campaign assets.
Support the Partnerships Manager in maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure campaign commitments and promotional activities are delivered.
Campaign Execution
Prepare campaign proposals and presentation decks for suppliers.
Manage campaign assets and coordinate with designers to produce required creatives on time.
Draft and send campaign EDMs, ensuring featured products align with supplier commitments.
Publish supporting campaign content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and the B2B blog.
Data & Performance Tracking
Tag and track campaign products across the platform to ensure accurate monitoring.
Use Power BI and Excel to analyze campaign performance, product sales, and partner engagement.
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor campaign and supplier performance.
Prepare post-campaign reports covering deliverables, sales performance, and key insights.
Operations & Issue Resolution
Troubleshoot operational issues such as product rejections, negative margins, or partner complaints.
Work with internal teams to identify root causes and resolve operational or campaign-related issues.
Ensure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong partner relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, OTA, or travel technology industry.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or supplier promotions.
- Familiarity with EDM tools, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms.
Location
- This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
- The ideal candidate will preferably be based in our Singapore office. However, candidates based outside Singapore will also be considered.
- Successful candidates located outside Singapore may be required to travel to Singapore periodically for training and team collaboration.
