Profile:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory planning, supply chain coordination, stock movement, and logistics operations for our mobile retail and repair business. This role will focus primarily on supply chain and inventory management while also overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing inventory flow, supplier coordination, logistics planning, and operational processes within a fast-paced SME environment. Experience in electronics, mobile retail, or repair operations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
Manage overall inventory planning and stock allocation across retail outlets and repair operations.
Monitor stock levels for mobile phones, accessories, and repair spare parts to ensure healthy inventory levels.
Forecast stock demand based on sales trends, promotions, and operational needs.
Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment and delivery of goods.
Analyze inventory movement, aging stock, and slow-moving items, and propose action plans.
Optimize stock accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies or shortages.
Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal stock planning.
Develop and improve supply chain processes and operational efficiency.
Prepare inventory, logistics, and supply chain reports for management review.
Logistics & Warehouse Operations
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, packing, stock transfers, and deliveries.
Ensure proper inventory handling, storage, and stock organization.
Conduct regular stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
Coordinate local deliveries, courier arrangements, and inter-branch stock movement.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company SOPs and safety standards.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth operational workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in supply chain management or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations within retail, e-commerce, distribution, or fast-moving environment and 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain operations.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and operationally driven.
