We are searching for the best talent for Supply Chain Deliver IT Technical Product Analyst, Innovative Medicine APAC.


Purpose: The Supply Chain Business Technology (BT) Product Line organization defines and drives technology direction across business segments, serving as a critical link between business and technology teams. Product Line teams work closely with Business Technology Leaders (BTLs), business leaders, and technology partners to identify, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with the enterprise technology strategy. They influence outcomes through strong leadership, a dedication to standardization, and a clear focus on value realization.


Product Analysts, in partnership with Product Line Owners (PLOs), are responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of product lines and ensuring measurable business value from implemented technology capabilities. Together, they maintain a shown understanding of new technologies and apply these insights to drive innovation and competitive advantage for Johnson & Johnson.


We are seeking an Experienced Product Analyst for the APAC region to support the Supply Chain Deliver Product Line Organization, with a primary focus on Customer Connectivity and a secondary focus on Distribution. This role supports the Supply Chain Technology – Business Technology organization and spans all J&J businesses, with specific emphasis on the Innovative Medicine sector.


The role supports Deliver product lines by crafting product strategy, roadmap, and execution. Working closely with product teams and partner organizations, the role will help transform logistics through measurable improvements. The scope includes multiple large‑scale initiatives and the development of customer experience–focused products within a multimillion‑dollar annual portfolio.


This position is responsible for defining and delivering digital supply chain capabilities across APAC, including Customer Connectivity (CX), E‑commerce, Case Management, Distribution, Transportation, Serialization, and Warehouse Management.


From a business analysis perspective, the role involves understanding end‑to‑end business needs, defining clear acceptance criteria, and translating opportunities into actionable product features. Success in this role requires strong customer‑centric thinking, proficiency in new technologies, and experience leading products from conceptualisation through pilot, launch, and scaled deployment.


You will be responsible for:



  • Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, including requirement gathering, translate business requirement into user-stories, partner with scrum team, prepare test strategies and plan product release.


  • Partner with Product Owner/s in leading different CX/DC products and handle product backlogs, crafting upcoming product features and build roadmap aligned with regional & global business owners.


  • Deliver digital supply chain products using Agile methodologies


  • Partner with business, quality, regulatory, and technology partners


  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value realization across the product portfolio



Qualifications / Requirements:


Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information/Business Systems Management, Business and/or Supply Chain Management or Computer Science


Required Years of Related Experience: 3-5 years of business analyst or product analyst experience, IT product management in digital space and customer connectivity related application development, roll-out and lifecycle management, technical solutioning, Agile development methodology and techniques.
Any IT digital/ technical certificate will be added advantage.


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and explain analysis findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.


  • Foundational experience (academic, internship, or early career) in documenting and analyzing business requirements, including supporting the creation of Epics, User Stories, and basic use cases under guidance.


  • Ability to analyze data, processes, and user needs to support the development of technology solutions, and to contribute insights that help inform business and product decisions.


  • Basic presentation and storytelling skills, with experience preparing slides, dashboards, or summaries to communicate product insights and progress.


  • Exposure to Supply Chain, Deliver, or Logistics domains is preferred, with an interest in how digital solutions support logistics operations and customer experience.


  • Familiarity with logistics systems, digital platforms, or emerging technologies (e.g., automation, analytics, Industry 4.0 concepts) is an advantage, with willingness to learn and apply new tools and technologies.


  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, contributing positively to team outcomes and supporting successful delivery of projects or product enhancements.


  • Foundational understanding of Product Management or Program Management concepts, with experience supporting IT or digital initiatives across teams, sites, or regions being a plus.


  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum), with experience participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, or retrospectives.


  • Ability to work effectively within a shared services or matrix IT environment, collaborating with development, support, and business teams across functions.


  • Basic business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements, ask relevant questions, and support the analysis of logistics processes and associated product capabilities.



Preferred Related Industry Experience


  • Exposure to the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry/ E Commerce


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Exposure to customer experience, order management, analytics, inventory management, or last‑mile visibility concepts, with an interest in how digital solutions improve supply chain and logistics operations.


  • Familiarity (academic, internship, or hands‑on exposure) with enterprise systems and platforms such as SAP (Sales & Distribution), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), or customer engagement platforms (e.g., Genesys). Experience with data or analytics tools (e.g., BI tools, basic Python, or SQL) is a plus.


  • Awareness of logistics and supply chain technologies such as WMS, warehouse labelling and printing, voice picking, EDI, serialization, IoT, or AI/ML concepts, with willingness to learn and apply these in a real‑world product environment.


  • Interest in modern integration approaches and cloud‑based architectures, with basic understanding of how systems connect and exchange data.


  • Basic knowledge of healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous, along with an interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.


  • Ability to apply technology and data analysis to support business problem‑solving, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.


  • Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization, including business, IT, and operations teams, under guidance from senior team members.


  • Foundational understanding of Design Thinking or user‑cantered design principles, with the ability to support requirements gathering and solution design using a structured, iterative, and experience‑focused approach.
