Role Purpose
Own the regional product outcomes and commercialization execution for GlobeSend, ensuring product capabilities translate into country-level adoption, usage, revenue growth, and portfolio profitability. The role works closely with the regional payments and IBG digital team for delivery, and with Sales, Marketing, Digital Channels / Platform, and country teams to drive successful launches, activation, repeat usage, and sustainable growth across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Define GlobeSend's product strategy, priorities, and roadmap across segments, use cases, and corridors, with clear business and customer outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey including onboarding, transaction initiation, tracking, exceptions, returns/refunds, and reporting.
- Partner with the regional payments and digital team to translate market needs into requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria, and ensure releases are operationally and commercially ready.
- Lead commercialization strategy and go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, rollout plans, and adoption playbooks across markets.
- Work with Marketing on value proposition, positioning, messaging, launch campaigns, customer education, and sales enablement materials.
- Drive country execution through country teams, translating regional priorities into clear country-level actions, outcomes, and follow-through.
- Partner with Sales and Digital Channels / Platform to improve funnel performance from lead to onboarding, first transaction, repeat usage, retention, and portfolio profitability.
- Own business MIS, performance tracking, and forecasting for GlobeSend across markets, and lead regular reviews to drive accountability and action.
- Establish voice-of-customer and market feedback loops and convert insights into prioritized product, journey, and commercialization improvements.
- Ensure alignment with governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements, and support pricing/commercial governance where relevant.
- Build and lead the regional product and commercialization capability, including team development, standards, and execution discipline.

- 10-15+ years in payments, transaction banking, fintech, or related financial services
- Strong experience in product management and commercialization of payment or financial products
- Proven track record driving multi-country execution through country teams
- Strong commercial, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-moving, regulated environment
- Strong commercial and product strategy mindset.
