Business Function
Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Job Purpose
This role is accountable for evolving the corporate website from a traditional publishing platform into a future-ready, AI-native corporate interface - underpinning DBS's brand, reputation, and trust in an Agentic AI world.
The role oversees strategy, platform, content, experience, governance, and operating model, ensuring the website delivers trusted, compliant, and high-quality engagement for all stakeholders, including investors, media, customers, talent, regulators, and AI agents.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end enterprise website (pWeb) across strategy, platform, content, experience, and governance
- Establish the website as a strategic enterprise platform, not a static channel
- Embed Agentic AI capabilities responsibly to enhance experience, efficiency, and insight
- Ensure brand integrity, regulatory compliance, accessibility, and trust at all times
- Build a scalable, resilient, and future-ready operating model
- Drive strong cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams
Corporate Website Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own the long-term vision, roadmap, and priorities for the enterprise website
- Position the website as a living corporate interface aligned to DBS's brand, reputation, and enterprise strategy
- Translate business, communications, and regulatory requirements into a coherent pWeb strategy
- Lead adoption of Agentic AI capabilities across the corporate website, including:
- Conversational and assistive experiences
- Personalised and role-aware content journeys
- AI-assisted discovery, navigation, summarisation, SEO/GEO, and optimisation
- Set enterprise standards for experience architecture, content quality, and tone of voice
- Ensure corporate content is accurate, consistent, trustworthy, and institutionally sound
- Drive content models that support modularity, reuse, real-time assembly, and AI consumption
- Govern content lifecycle, approvals, and compliance across the corporate website
- Own the corporate website platform stack, including CMS, design systems, APIs, analytics, and AI integration layers
- Champion a composable, API-first, AI-ready architecture aligned to enterprise standards
- Ensure platform performance, security, resilience, accessibility, and scalability at global scale
- Establish and enforce governance across:
- Regulatory and legal compliance
- Brand and reputational risk
- Data privacy, AI safety, and model risk
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Brand, and Communications teams to maintain institutional trust
- Define a modern pWeb operating model spanning product, experience, content, engineering, AI, and analytics
- Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team and partner ecosystem
- Drive capability uplift, new roles, and AI-augmented ways of working within the website organisation
- Define and track KPIs across experience quality, engagement, trust, efficiency, and impact
- Leverage analytics and AI for insight-led optimisation and early risk detection
- Continuously evolve strategy based on performance, stakeholder needs, and technology shifts

10+ years in digital platforms, enterprise websites, or digital product leadership - Proven leadership of large-scale corporate or enterprise digital platforms in regulated environments
- Strong experience in digital transformation, platform modernisation, and AI-enabled experiences
- Track record of senior stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Design, or related discipline
- Advanced qualifications in digital strategy, product, AI, or experience design preferred
- Strategic, systems-level thinker with strong future orientation
- High judgement in balancing innovation with risk, trust, and governance
- Executive-level communication and influence
- Clear ownership mindset and decisiveness
- Proven change leader in complex organisations
