Responsibilities:
· Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Act as the primary bridge between clients, internal technical teams, and vendors to ensure system design addresses business needs. Deliver system blueprint
· Drive key requirements gathering workshops with customers, translating high-level objectives into detailed project blueprints, interface specifications, and functional designs.
· Work closely with system product teams and clients to ensure requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and delivered on time.
· Deliver system blueprint to guide development and implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
· Delivery of Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and present them to the R&D to ensure clear communication and alignment on functional specifications.
· Delivery of comprehensive test cases based on the confirmed blueprint, and review system user manuals and training materials for quality and accuracy.
· Prepare and present pre-sales materials and solution proposals for the sales team, specifically for system integration projects in the logistics and warehousing domain.
· Develop and standardize project documentation, including functional blueprints, configuration guides
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
5-6 years of experience as a System Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role, specifically focused on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Proven track record of successfully implementing WMS solutions (e.g., SAP EWM, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, or leading local WMS platforms) in a consulting environment is a plus
Deep understanding of warehousing operations, including inbound/outbound processes, inventory management, cycle counting, labor management, and 3PL integration.
Keen appreciation of new technologies in logistics, such as robotics, automation, and innovative supply chain solutions.
Excellent presenter and communicator, with the ability to facilitate workshops with client stakeholders (from warehouse operators to C-level executives).
Eager to learn new technologies and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and drive solutions for both business and technical impediments.
Good spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
