Systems Implementation Specialist, Southeast Asia

The position will support of our Southeast Asia (SEA) digitalization efforts across the SEA organization. Within our digitalization efforts, we implement new systems and processes across the SEA organization. To sustainably enable the new processes, you need to define and establish the routines under headquarter or local guidance as well as groom the functionalities to maturity.

Local implementation of new CIC telephone system across SEA

• Local project lead and implementation lead for all SEA organizations


• Project management and implementation ownership


• Act as a first point of contact during hyper care for Global Team and local Key Users


• Ensure local end user support is provided to local key users

Local implementation lead for master data contact quality ownership

• Responsible that our contact masterdata is on a high standard across the organization based on headquarter KPI measure-ments


• Implementation of contact quality ownership within the organization


• Training and follow-up within the organization to ensure compliance.


• KPI management to sustainably establish long term success

Co-leading our NGCRM Service and S/4 Hana implementation for SEA

• Co-drive roll-out with our Regional CRM Coordinator & Deployment Coach


• Gather and coordinate feedback with local team


• Align enhancements processes to ensure local requirements


• Ensure local data-related & testing activities are executed


• User story creation of local features and enhancements


• Act as a first point of contact during hyper care for Global Team and local Key Users
