JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, employer branding initiatives, and various talent acquisition (TA) projects. You will play a key role in running our internship programme and supporting the broader TA strategy.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Internship Programme Management- Coordinate end-to-end internship hiring and onboarding processes
- Act as the main point of contact for interns and hiring managers
- Track intern performance, feedback, and conversion data
- Support improvements in the internship programme structure and experience

Employer Branding (EB) Initiatives- Support planning and execution of EB campaigns (e.g., campus events, social media content, branding materials)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s presence among early talent communities
- Assist in content creation for LinkedIn and other platform

Talent Acquisition Support- Help manage recruitment administration, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication
- Contribute to research, data tracking, and reporting on hiring activities
- Participate in ongoing TA projects and process improvements as needed
Key Requirement
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Business, Communications or related fields
- Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding and HR
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, team-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to commit for a 1 year internship
