Description
We are looking for Talent acquisition manager in outsourcing domain which Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies tailored to the SEA market (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Philippines etc.) to meet client and internal hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies tailored to the SEA market (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Philippines etc.) to meet client and internal hiring needs.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of TAs, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with AMs, BD, and client teams to understand hiring requirements, prioritize roles, and deliver timely talent solutions.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and post-hire follow-up.
Optimize recruitment workflows, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards, industry networks, referral programs) to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
Monitor key TA metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, client retention) and report insights to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with global TA teams to share best practices, leverage shared talent pools, and support cross-border hiring initiatives if needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing TA teams.
Deep understanding of SEA regional talent markets, industry trends, local hiring practices, and visa/immigration processes.
Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for IT, finance, or professional services sectors; experience with client-facing TA roles is a strong plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills – able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) and Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
