Technical Lead (Digital Commerce & AI)

Overview

We are hiring a technical leader to drive the evolution of our digital commerce platforms across APAC. This role owns engineering delivery, architecture, and performance of a regional Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.

Responsibilities

• 
  Platform Engineering: Lead architecture and development of SFCC B2C, ensuring scalable and high-quality delivery


• 
  Headless Commerce: Drive modern storefronts (React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, PWA) and backend integration


• 
  Integrations: Oversee API-driven integrations across CMS, PIM, OMS, payments, and MarTech systems


• 
  Delivery & Vendors: Manage external vendors and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and upgrades


• 
  DevOps & Performance: Implement CI/CD, Git workflows, and ensure platform reliability, performance, and incident management

Requirements

• 5+ years in e-commerce engineering or digital platforms


• Good SFCC B2C experience.


• Hands-on exposure to architecture design & API integration.


• Experience managing vendors or offshore teams


• Strong DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Git, API architecture)


• Experience integrating with CMS, PIM, OMS, payment or marketing platforms


• Exposure to AI-driven commerce (e.g. personalization, search) is a plus
