As a Technical Product Manager with the AI & Data Strategy Product Department, you will work on cutting-edge chatbot systems with a focus on generative AI and knowledge-based agents. You will be responsible for working closely with development teams to plan projects and maintain comprehensive software design documents, ensuring technical clarity and alignment with project requirements. This role requires balancing technical understanding with product management skills to drive AI initiatives forward, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment and wants to lead by doing, by managing.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and contribute to the product vision and roadmap for AI-driven chatbot solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies


  •  Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, translating them into clear product features and specifications for the development team


  • Create and present system change proposals to recommend improvements or new features based on evolving project needs and emerging technologies in generative AI


  • Support and organize cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, etc.) through the product development lifecycle, from concept through launch, to ensure milestones are met


  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project status, challenges, and outcomes


  • Monitor and keep abreast of market trends in AI (including advancements in GenAI and intelligent agents) and assist in adjusting product strategy to take advantage of new opportunities


  • Ensure that product releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards, coordinating testing and quality assurance efforts and addressing any issues that arise


  • Collect and analyze feedback from users and clients after product launches to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative enhancements to the chatbot systems
     



Skills and Experiences:



  • Minimum of 2 years in technical project or product management, with a proven track record of managing products through their full lifecycle (experience with technology or AI-driven products is preferred).


  • Strong understanding of software development processes and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing) and related tools, along with their applications in product development


  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and to translate business needs into technical requirements.


  • Demonstrated ability to gather user requirements, define detailed product specifications, and work with engineering teams to refine system designs or change proposals to meet business and customer needs.


  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts across different departments to achieve product goals. Leadership skills to drive teams forward and resolve blockers are a plus


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze project data and AI industry trends to inform decisions. Some strategic thinking capability to align product features with business strategy is a plus.


  • Track record of delivering high-quality solutions on schedule by effectively managing timelines, dependencies, and risks. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management is beneficial
