Technical Sales Executive is to handle E-Commerce and Customer Service within Technical Sectors.

The Opportunity:

• Permanent Role
• Office Location: Central
• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $3800 - $4300 Basic + AWS + VB

The Job:

• Conduct cold calls, outreach, and prospecting activities to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers in E-commerce, Retail, and Media industries.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through CRM tracking and follow-up activities.
• Understand customer needs and present relevant solutions and value propositions.
• Schedule meetings and support opportunity development with Sales and Engineering teams.
• Monitor industry trends and gather market intelligence to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering teams on lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

The Talent

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering/IT/Business/Communication and relevant discipline
• 1 - 3 years in business development, technical sales, lead generation and cold calling
• Experience in E-commerce, Media, Digital Marketing, or Technology industries is preferred.
