Temp Associate (Marketing & Design / Up $3300 / Buona Vista)

Duration: 5 months contract (13 April 2026 – 14 September 2026)

Location: Buona Vista

Working hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Description

·         Previous experience in outreach, publicity, or communications work

·         Basic graphic design or digital content creation abilities

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Experience in event support or coordination

·         Proficiency in web development and coding (particularly Vibe coding for microsite creation)

·         Experience with content management systems and learning platforms

·         Customer service experience with ability to handle enquiries professionally

Requirements:

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong attention to detail for content creation

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and design tools like Canva
