Temporary Part-Time Sales and Marketing Assistant

2-Month Part Time Temporary Sales & Marketing Assistant (3 days a week for 4 hours) - Work From Home

Job Scope and responsibilities include:

• Plan, create and execute marketing campaigns that directly drive sign-ups on the platform.

• Conduct reach out to condominiums and private estate MCSTs offices and vendors to sign-up to the platform.

• Manage client and marketing databases, mailing lists, and updates.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis and research.

• Support marketing collateral and client business relationship development.

• Creation of content on website and email for marketing campaigns.

• Create visual content such as presentations, social media content, infographics, posters and signages.

• Ad hoc engagement on-site when needed.

• Identify and suggest process enhancements where needed.

Requirements:

• Fast learner and has ability to self-motivate in a fast paced, multifaceted environment

• Have a passion for marketing and good understanding of the latest marketing trends.

• Good sales and marketing communication skills

• Written and verbal fluency in English combined with the excellent skills set to promote business through marketing content.

• Digital native with a good understanding of business process flows and embraces technology.

• Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders

• Possesses good judgement of and understanding audiences.
