Responsibilities
- Responsible for the product of LIVE Creator Networks' foundation, including but not limited to Creator Networks onboarding, review of product construction, optimization of agency application form submission and approval process, in order to improve the efficiency of agency entry, reduce the entry time and cost, and support the growth of Agency.
- Focus on the development demands of the business, we will delve into the working scenarios of various operational businesses and LIVE businesses in various overseas markets, analyze and judge the needs of each role, explore the pain points related to business growth from a global perspective, propose solutions, plan product capability iteration, and design best demonstrated practices.
- Collaborate with R&D, algorithm, operation, design and other teams to independently manage the project closed-loop, promote the implementation of the product capabilities of the operation platform, conduct global training and be responsible for promoting and using it.
- Develop reasonable data measurement indicators, continuously pay attention to and explore the efficiency and logic optimization of each functional module, continuously carry out product model innovation and business iteration, efficiently and quickly collaborate with the project team to promote the achievement of functional goals, reduce operational decision-making costs, and improve Operational Efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Business Management or related fields.
- At least 7 years of working experience in platform products, content products, or strategy product background in the technology industry.
- Demonstrated experience driving product strategy and execution from 0 to 1, including MVP scoping, iteration, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in livestreaming, community-driven content platform, e-commerce platform or local services platforms, with solid understanding of B-end or third-party dynamics.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experienced in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and KPI-driven decision making.

- Excellent at communication and collaboration, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
