TikTok Livestream Backend Assistant

Dreamline Aesthetic is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Backend Livestream Assistant to support our TikTok livestream operations in the beauty & aesthetic industry.

This role is 100% backend support — no camera, no face and no speaking required.

What You'll Do

• Provide backend support during TikTok livestreams

• Prior experience in TikTok Live / TikTok Shop is required

• Manage and display products during livestreams

• Assist with updating product information, prices and promotions

• Monitor livestream comments, enquiries and customer interactions

• Assist with customer questions and pass relevant enquiries to the sales team

• Support the livestream team with product and aesthetic package sales

• Help manage orders, bookings and customer information

• Assist with packing products and order fulfilment when required

• Monitor livestream performance and ensure the session runs smoothly

• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to livestream and e-commerce operations

This is NOT a livestream host position.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable using TikTok and social media platforms

• Interested in beauty, skincare and aesthetic products/services

• Good attention to detail

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently

• Comfortable handling backend tasks during live sessions

• Basic computer and smartphone skills

• Sales-minded and willing to learn

• Previous experience in TikTok livestream, e-commerce, retail or customer service is an advantage

Working Arrangement
