Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies and frameworks to comply with IPR policies, to reduce risks proactively and reactively.
2. Collaborate with product, data and engineering teams to design and optimise automated detection models, rule-based systems, and workflow tools that improve accuracy, efficiency, and coverage of IPR governance.
3. Analyse enforcement data, violation trends, seller and creator behaviours, and risk indicators to identify emerging threats, propose interventions, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.
4. Partner closely with Legal, Product, Operations, and various cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on IPR strategies, drive policy updates, and coordinate response.
5. Lead and execute cross-market governance programs, pilot initiatives, tooling rollouts, and process improvements, ensuring clear timelines, documentation, stakeholder updates, and successful implementation.
6. Identify operational bottlenecks, propose enhancements to workflows and SOPs, and champion scalable solutions that elevate platform integrity and user trust.
7. Stay updated on IP laws, e-commerce regulatory developments, and marketplace best practices across markets, ensuring internal policies remain compliant.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Strong bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, data analytics; computer science, engineering etc.
2. Relevant experience in intellectual property and e-commerce related fields.
3. Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills, with proficiency in SQL.
4. Strong communication skills, with excellent resource coordination and interpersonal abilities.
5. Highly adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to self-drive continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with global e-commerce and/or social media content landscape will be advantageous.
