About the Team Ecommerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for Program Managers to join our team to lead platform policy related projects and manage the daily operations of policy domains.
Responsibilities may include working on designing or improving regional policies, and enhancing the regional operational procedure and related products and policy mechanisms. Responsibilities
- Develop and localize clear, user-friendly external-facing articles, training materials, and communication assets from internal documents, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency across various formats and channels.
- Drive and deliver both online and offline training sessions, including the creation and ongoing maintenance of market-specific educational content in languages.
- Translate and adapt English content to different market languages, supporting business needs such as product education, internal communications, digital campaigns, training resources, and multimedia content (e.g., video subtitles).
- Lead content governance by aligning with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely updates and accurate reflection of latest policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
- Support regional initiatives by identifying business requirements, managing policy and process documentation, and building scalable education frameworks for sellers and creators.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, assess content impact, and drive continuous improvements, while collaborating with global, regional, and cross-functional teams across PR, Legal, Strategy, Product, and Business to optimize policy education and communication efforts.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Education, Translation, Business, or a related field.
An advanced degree is a plus.
- Practical hands on experience in Program Management and Project Management in content development, training, localization, or policy communication.
- Experience working cross-functionally with regional and global teams (e.g., PR, Legal, Product, Ops) to align on messaging and project execution.
- Proficient in using content creation tools such as Articulate Rise 360 (for eLearning), Canva, Adobe Toolkits (Photoshop, Illustrator and Express), or similar platforms for building engaging slides, graphics, and multimedia assets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in tech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Comfort and experience working in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
