About the role
Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Field Merchandiser to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Raffles Place, Central Region, this is a hands-on role that bridges the gap between our marketing strategy and retail execution. As a Trade Marketing Field Merchandiser, you will be the face of our brand in the field, ensuring our products are optimally positioned and presented across retail locations. This role is crucial to driving brand visibility, supporting sales objectives, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners.
Key responsibilities
Execute trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities at retail points of sale to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement
Conduct regular merchandising audits and compliance checks to ensure product displays meet brand standards and guidelines
Build and maintain positive relationships with retail partners, store managers and staff to support collaborative marketing initiatives
Monitor competitor activity and market trends at retail locations, providing feedback to inform strategy adjustments
Train and support retail staff on product features, benefits and selling points to enhance their ability to communicate value to consumers
Track and report on merchandising performance metrics, sales data and promotional effectiveness to inform ongoing optimization
Manage inventory levels, stock rotation and product replenishment at assigned retail locations
Gather consumer insights and feedback from the field to support product development and marketing refinement
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales and operations to align field activities with broader business objectives
What we're looking for
Proven experience in trade marketing, field merchandising, sales support or a related retail/FMCG environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from retail partners to consumers
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with capability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards in product presentation and brand compliance
Ability to work independently in the field whilst remaining accountable to broader team objectives
Flexibility to work varying hours, including potential weekend or evening shifts based on retail location requirements
Proficiency with digital tools and reporting systems; experience with mobile applications or field management software is advantageous
