The Role
We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist and executor. You won't just plan campaigns — you'll own them from brief to launch to results. You'll work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer growth, with a clear mandate: help our customers grow their business while growing ours.
This is a high-impact, highly collaborative role. You'll work closely with our sales team, design team, and operations to bring campaigns to life and make sure every dollar spent can be justified.
What You'll Do
Design tailored product bundle strategies for different customer segments (HoReCa, hawker, food courts, cafes, institutional caterers) that drive value for both Farmio and our customers
Plan and execute end-to-end trade marketing campaigns — from preparation and creative briefing through to launch, tracking, and post-campaign analysis
Develop a deep understanding of each customer segment's buying behavior, pain points, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain a systematic view of the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints relevant to marketing activity
Work closely with the sales team to align campaigns with pipeline priorities and customer conversations
Collaborate with the design team to produce compelling trade marketing materials
Track and report campaign performance with a clear link between marketing activity and business outcomes
Identify opportunities to increase product adoption across existing customers, particularly those currently buying a limited range of products
What We're Looking For
4–7 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within FMCG, food distribution, or F&B-related industries
Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B landscape — you know how hawker operators, café owners, HoReCa buyers, and institutional purchasers think and make decisions
Proven ability to design and execute full-cycle marketing campaigns, not just one phase of the process
Commercially minded — you can build a clear case for how marketing spend connects to revenue, basket size, and customer growth
A natural collaborator who works well across sales, design, and operations
Strong communication and presentation skills — you can tell a clear story with data
Experience managing trade promotions, bundling strategies, or customer activation programs is a strong plus
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with a food distributor or fresh produce brand in Singapore
Hands-on experience converting single-product customers into multi-category buyers
Familiarity with trade spend mechanics, co-marketing, or promotional planning in a B2B context
