  • Contract Period: 5 Months (Maternity Cover) - start on 1 Feb

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Category Insights & Review

  • Support ongoing analysis of category performance, distribution gaps, and channel opportunities using retail audit data, shopper insights, and internal sales reports.

  • Prepare monthly category and channel summaries highlighting key performance indicators and competitor movements.

  • Assist in customer and distributor business review preparation and data consolidation.

2. Channel & Shopper Activation

  • Execute the trade marketing calendar and in-trade activities in line with brand and channel priorities.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to roll out promotions, product launches, and in-trade activations (including E-Commerce programs, chef ideation sessions, and trade collaborations).

  • Manage distributors and agencies for timely campaign execution and visibility initiatives.

  • Maintain the Integrated Marketing Calendar and ensure alignment of activation timelines across functions.

  • Support development of POP materials, trade premiums, and display guidelines.

3. In-Trade Execution Excellence

  • Ensure trade activities, displays, and visibility standards are implemented effectively across retail and food service channels.

  • Work with agency partners for ground activation, cooking demos, and sampling events.

  • Issue clear monthly sales bulletins and activity updates for the field team.

  • Monitor and report execution performance, campaign compliance, and key competitor activities.

4. Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities

  • Track and report promotion spending, trade display investments, and post-activity evaluations.

  • Support maintenance of promotional pricing structures and trade spend tracking.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Associate Business Director on activity performance and trade visibility.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines

  • At least 4 to 6 years of working experience in Trade Marketing, preferably 2 years Sales experience or similar capacity, from FMCG industry.

  • Good in analysis using AC Nielsen, internal and external sales data.

  • Well discipline, action oriented, self-motivated, work independently, innovative.

  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skill with CAN-DO attitude.

  • Team player, excellent inter-personal skills, enthusiastic and determined to succeed in challenging environment.

  • Pursue innovation and change with a mindset of continuous improvement.

  • Willing to travel, out-stations and overseas where required.

  • Has a valid driver’s license

  • Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Outlook, Video Call Software (eg. Zoom, Teams)
