This Trade Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening strategic partnerships with key retail accounts. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the incumbent will drive retailer engagement programs, oversee trade communications and activations, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively against defined KPIs and budgets.

The Opportunity

The Talent
· 3-5 years of relevant experience in consumer and trade marketing within FMCG industry
· Prior exposure to customer relationship management and event activation is advantageous
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively
· Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
· Demonstrated capability in end-to-end project management and execution of trade initiatives
· Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams
· Experience in managing projects, budgets and monitoring expenditure
The Job
· Assist in shaping the annual retailer engagement roadmap to deepen and sustain strategic trade partnerships.
· Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of offline trade programs, including in-store activations, retailer events, and partnership reward initiatives.
· Coordinate closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of trade campaigns and initiatives.
· Track and review program effectiveness against defined performance metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
· Develop and roll out trade communication plans aligned with commercial objectives to enhance retailer engagement and brand visibility.
· Work with agencies and suppliers to produce trade marketing materials, including partnership branding assets and digital communication tools.
· Lead the coordination and implementation of industry-related displays and initiatives, acting as the key liaison with corporate affairs and external partners.
· Monitor and manage allocated budgets for trade programs, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and cost control.
· Oversee procurement and administrative processes, including vendor setup and purchase documentation.
