Training Executive (Digital solutions) (2 years contract)

Job Title: Training Executive (Digital solutions), E-Commerce Fulfilment Training Centre @ Lakeside (2 years contract)

Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore.

We are setting up a new train & place programme for Logistics Admin functions at Lakeside, primarily training and placing Persons with Disabilities to work in the logistics Industry. The Training Executive will be responsible for training Persons with Disabilities in digital logistic learning solutions.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide training according to plan curriculum to persons with special needs.

· Implement various learning methods (e.g. OJT, simulation etc) during training in Bizlink’s simulated Last mile E-commerce fulfilment training centre.

· Work with Allied Health Professional to assess trainee suitability for enrolment into training program, and job readiness for open employment position.

· To provide feedback of trainee to job coaches for job placement

· To maintain training records for reporting

· Work with programme manager to assess training programme effectiveness and collect feedbacks for continuous improvement of the training program.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

· Possess at least 3 years’ experience in either E-commerce, Logistic Ops/Admin, or fulfilment and warehouse environment.

· IT savvy (Internet of things (IOT) concepts and programming, GenAI (Eg: ChatGPT /MS co-pilot) /Intermediate Excel skills, Ms office application)

· Possesses excellent communication and written presentation skills.

· Self-motivated to learn new skills and ability to work independently.

· Strong team player

· Have great passion in wanting to make a difference in the life of people with disabilities by training them to acquire new vocational skills.
