UI/UX Designer (Website)

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer! Join us where you'll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you will design user-friendly experiences across our corporate website, on both desktop and mobile - turning business and user requirements into clear, intuitive interfaces, and working closely with product, development and business stakeholders to bring them to life.

Working days: Monday - Friday

Working hours: 9.00AM - 6.30PM

Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, responsive experiences across our website on desktop and mobile




• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups and interactive prototypes, from concept through to production-ready design




• Translate business and user requirements into clear and intuitive interfaces




• Design scalable, reusable layouts and patterns that allow new pages and projects to be rolled out quickly and consistently




• Collaborate with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions




• Prepare and hand over design specifications and assets to developers, and support them through implementation and QA




• Continuously improve and optimise the user experience across projects, using analytics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement




• Maintain and grow a consistent design system and component library aligned to our brand




• Ensure designs meet accessibility and cross-browser expectations




• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia or a related field, or equivalent practical experience




• At least 2-3 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience




• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work




• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar




• Experience designing for e-commerce or transactional websites, including logged-in and account-based experiences




• Ability to work effectively under pressure and drive design improvements




• Strong communication and collaboration skills




• Comfortable working with data - able to use analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions
  

Good to have:

• Preferred experience designing on the Shopify platform




• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, sufficient to collaborate closely with developers




• Exposure to IT, consumer tech or corporate services industries
