Salary Range: UP $3,500
Job Scope:
Account Management Senior Associate (Beauty & Wellness) - Manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional customer service
1. Merchant Acquisition
To lead merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiating and development of necessary promotions
To own end-to-end merchant onboarding process up to contracting and/or renewals
2. Account Management
In charge of sales targets of merchants under your care and is the primary contact for your merchants.
Continually review performance of your merchants, work with them to strategically conceive new business ideas to grow sales which may include range expansion, marketing, partnerships etc.
Maintain good relationship and provide value add to your partners for long term collaboration.
3. Business and operations
Responsible for merchant level performance analysis and supporting monthly business reporting activities.
Resolve any merchant operations issues related to publication, orders, logistics and payments in a timely and effective manner
Work cross function with internal stakeholders and other departments to drive sales growth
4. Profitability
Responsible for merchants CM
Any new ideas to drive sales

Merchant/Brand Acquisition
Product Range Expansion
First-to-Launch or Exclusive Brands / Products / Concepts introduced
Merchant Satisfaction
New Business Development Ideas & Implementations
Requirements:
Degree Holder with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience
Business Development, eCommerce and / or marketplace experience is necessary
Strong industry networks and contacts in the relevant industry will be preferred
Good communication skills, both written and presentation
