Duration: 1 Year (renewable subject to performance)

Location: East (Changi Airport)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (office hours)

Salary Range: UP $3,500

Job Scope:

Account Management Senior Associate (Beauty & Wellness) - Manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional customer service

1. Merchant Acquisition

·         To lead merchant acquisition efforts including prospecting, negotiating and development of necessary promotions

·         To own end-to-end merchant onboarding process up to contracting and/or renewals

2. Account Management

·         In charge of sales targets of merchants under your care and is the primary contact for your merchants.

·         Continually review performance of your merchants, work with them to strategically conceive new business ideas to grow sales which may include range expansion, marketing, partnerships etc.

·         Maintain good relationship and provide value add to your partners for long term collaboration.

3. Business and operations

·         Responsible for merchant level performance analysis and supporting monthly business reporting activities.

·         Resolve any merchant operations issues related to publication, orders, logistics and payments in a timely and effective manner

·         Work cross function with internal stakeholders and other departments to drive sales growth

4. Profitability

·         Responsible for merchants CM 

·         Any new ideas to drive sales

Key Performance Measurements include:

·         CM Performance

·         Sales Performance

·         Merchant/Brand Acquisition

·         Product Range Expansion

·         First-to-Launch or Exclusive Brands / Products / Concepts introduced

·         Merchant Satisfaction

·         New Business Development Ideas & Implementations

Requirements:

·         Degree Holder with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience

·         Business Development, eCommerce and / or marketplace experience is necessary

·         Strong industry networks and contacts in the relevant industry will be preferred

·         Good communication skills, both written and presentation
