Job Description
Support in the development and execution of loyalty and retention marketing tactics
Support the design and deployment of MarTech-enabled customer journeys to drive engagement
Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, produce and execute marketing efforts/campaigns to publicise branch initiatives
Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content for the various initiatives and products
Support in the management and application of tagging to all product and marketing assets on digital touchpoints to aid in resource, collection, and programmes discovery across all owned channels, touchpoints, where applicable
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities for the various initiatives and products
Assist in organising and executing marketing campaigns, events, product launches and distribution of collateral
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns
Job Requirements
At least 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Experience in designing customer journeys and deploying loyalty marketing tactics advantageous.
Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills
Strong writing, design and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics and reporting
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) would be advantageous
Self-starter who is comfortable working collaboratively and iteratively to contribute to team goals
