Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
Website Management
Support website migration activities, including content transfer, testing, and quality assurance
Create, edit, and update website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
Assist with copywriting and digital content preparation for the new website platform
Coordinate with internal teams, IT vendors, and external partners throughout the migration process
Monitor website functionality after launch and escalate technical issues where necessary
Merchandise Development
Research and propose new merchandise ideas aligned with visitor interests and brand objectives
Coordinate with vendors on product development, specifications, and delivery timelines
Support product design reviews, sample evaluations, and quality checks
Monitor merchandise sales performance and gather customer feedback to support improvements
Administrative & Project Support
Provide administrative and operational support for website and merchandise projects
Assist with documentation, project coordination, and stakeholder communications
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
Experience in website content management, digital marketing, web administration, or related fields is preferred
Experience in merchandise development, retail operations, or product management will be an advantage
Good writing and content creation skills
