Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies that support organizational goals and enhance overall reputation.

• Produce engaging, SEO-friendly written materials including articles, blog posts, and other long-form content.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure content aligns with broader business initiatives and priorities.

• Oversee creative planning and manage the production of campaign materials with internal and external partners.

• Plan and coordinate the creation of high-quality, relevant content, working with freelancers, vendors, and other resources as needed.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for content collaborations or partnerships to advance strategic objectives.

• Maintain consistent messaging and brand voice across all content channels.

• Monitor online reputation, including brand mentions and backlinks, and support efforts to maintain a positive presence.

• Establish guidelines and processes for effective content development, distribution, and reuse.

• Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent

• At least 4 – 6 years of experience in content development, communications, or related areas.

• Prior experience in media & public relations and content strategy will be ideal.
