So Good K is an online boutique of premium Korean products.

It was established by accomplished professional chef, television host and food author Olivia Lee in June 2021 to help artisanal Korean brands with exceptional products enter new international consumer markets.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Management of all e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Facebook and Instagram, etc.) ensures prompt order fulfillment and customer care.

2. Launching and updating product pages on the website and other e-commerce platforms.

3. Plan, Create, update current and new product descriptions, product photos, promotions content, sales banner visuals on all e-commerce platforms and websites.

4. Brainstorm content strategy and ensuring up to date quality content on eCommerce platforms.

5. Improve sales, traffic, and conversion via Market Research &sales data analysis. Explore and propose Creative product ideas for consumers.

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing or eCommerce/Marketing environment.

Good Knowledge of computer applications with proficiency in design software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop would be a bonus.

Understanding of social media, content planning, and content development &management.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a good team player.
