Reporting to: User Growth Lead
Overview
We are seeking a User Growth Manager to support the growth of DCS’s credit card portfolio across acquisition, activation, spend engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the User Growth Lead to execute initiatives that strengthen cardholder onboarding, drive usage across merchant categories, and support DCS’s expansion into multi‑network and digitally‑enabled card products.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Card Acquisition & Activation
- Assist in executing card acquisition initiatives across digital channels, partners, and merchant ecosystems.
- Support the optimisation of end‑to‑end onboarding—including application flows, KYC checks, approvals, and card activation (physical and virtual).
- Conduct research and data pulls to identify emerging customer segments, such as underserved groups aligned with DCS’s financial inclusion strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issuance and smooth onboarding for new cardholders.
Cardholder Lifecycle Engagement & Portfolio Retention
- Help plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that drive: first‑transaction activation early‑month‑on‑book engagement recurring spend category‑based usage rewards redemption and loyalty
- Support cross‑sell and cross‑product journeys (e.g., promoting new card products, supplementary cards, instalment plans, rewards programs).
- Monitor behavioural trends and surface opportunities to increase spend stickiness, reduce dormancy, and extend cardholder longevity.
Growth Analytics & Performance Insights (Credit Portfolio)
- Pull and track key credit card KPIs across the funnel, including approvals, activation rates, ETR, utilisation, spend frequency, and retention.
- Assist in analysing decline reasons, credit‑related friction points, and user segments that require targeted interventions.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting packs used by the User Growth Lead and cross‑functional teams.
- Support experiment tracking (A/B tests on benefits, message variants, nudges, or onboarding flows).
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product, Credit Risk, Technology, Merchant Acquiring, and Partnerships on card launches, feature enhancements, merchant campaigns, and ecosystem integrations.
- Work with Marketing to ensure messaging accuracy, target audience alignment, and performance monitoring of card campaigns.
- Support operational readiness for credit card initiatives across consumer and corporate portfolios.
Operational & Compliance Excellence
- Assist in streamlining issuance, activation, and growth workflows to support scale, especially across DCS’s expanding multi‑network offerings.
- Help maintain compliance with MAS requirements, internal credit governance, and risk‑controlled processes.
- Update documentation, operating procedures, and trackers to ensure accuracy across growth‑related operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of credit card concepts such as onboarding flows, spend categories, credit utilisation, and rewards.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data and converting findings into simple insights or recommendations.
- Proactive, curious, and adaptable — ready to learn in a fast‑moving, digitally transforming card‑issuing environment.
