Job Description
- Gain insight into inbound travel market trends, comprehensively lead and be
responsible for industry growth strategies, assist and empower Ant
International's merchandising operations in all EMEA regions, collaborate
with key industry merchants, and enhance Alipay+ user inbound travel
transaction growth;
- Based on inbound travel business needs, combine platform/industry
marketing resources, key moments, and strategies to develop industry
marketing strategies and plans, enhancing the perception that outbound travel
should use Alipay+; be capable of achieving healthy user growth through
productization;
- Collaborate across BU and platforms to advance systematic project
management and resource coordination, achieving win-win growth through
operational synergy;
- Based on the characteristics of the regions, collaborate with Ant
International's user growth teams to design joint travel operation
strategies, create localized services, guides, and marketing tools, and drive
overall growth for Alipay+.
Responsibilities
"● More than 8 years of experience in internet user growth and product operation, candidates with relevant work experience in OTA, O2O, outbound travel, or similar industries are preferred;
● Goal-driven, strong judgment and decision-making abilities, strong driving force, candidates with experience independently responsible for business lines, products, or channels are preferred;
● Experienced in managing large-scale growth activities, capable of acting as the activity owner to drive the productization and implementation of marketing plans and assist in their promotion;
● Possess a sharp product sense and insight, strong data operation capabilities, good at thinking and finding various methods to achieve growth goals;
● Strong sense of ownership, continuous learning and innovation capabilities, positive and optimistic personality, and strong resilience under pressure."
